Tussey gets impressive win at C-K
CLAYSBURG — Tussey Mountain outscored Claysburg-Kimmel, 23-12, in the fourth quarter en route to its 15th win in 22 games, a 61-48, Saturday afternoon in high school girls basketball action.
Alexis Weimert’s 25 points were tops for the Lady Titans, who led, 29-15, at halftime. Teammate Kailee Leonard added 12 points.
The Lady Bulldogs (17-5), who trailed by two, 38-36, after three quarters, got 18 points from Emily Claar and 10 points from Rebekah Claar.
