Athlete of the week achievement: George led Central Cambria in scoring in a pair of wins, first with 26 in a 55-42 victory over Forest Hills and then with 22 in a 62-53 win over Somerset. She also had 10 rebounds against Forest Hills and eight rebounds against Somerset.

Season update: Central Cambria has won four of its last five games and is currently the No. 3 seed in the District 6 Class 3A playoff field. George is shooting 40.2% from the field and 42.9% from 3-point range. She averages 11 points and eight rebounds per game.
