Athlete of the week achievement: Cree placed eighth individually with a time of 17:07 and helped Central Cambria finish as the PIAA Class 2A runner-up as a team, the Red Devils’ best finish in program history.

Season update: Cree won the District 6 2A championship in Reedsville with a time of 16:18 after finishing fourth individually last year.

How I got my start in cross country: “Randy (Wilson) saw me in the hallways and told me I was running and coming to practice that week. Ever since that day six years ago, I’ve been running with Randy.”
