Athlete of the week achievement: Horton won the 126-pound weight class and was named the outstanding wrestler at the District 5 Class 2A Tournament at Richland High School. Horton beat top-seeded Ross Dull of Chestnut Ridge in the finals.

Season update: Horton carries a 29-7 record into this weekend’s PIAA Class 2A Southwest Regional Tournament.
