Athlete of the week achievement: Myrick led a fourth-quarter comeback in BG’s 20-14 victory over previously unbeaten Chestnut Ridge. He rushed for 192 yards, two touchdowns — including the game-winner — and a two-point conversion run. He also caught three passes and intercepted a pass in the end zone.
Season update: Myrick has rushed for 917 yards and 12 touchdowns on 122 attempts in 5.5 games. He has also caught 14 passes for 151 yards, has completed two passes for 21 yards and has collected 32 tackles, three interceptions and one forced fumble.
