Athlete of the week achievement: Frazier won the 200-meter dash, long jump, shot put and 1600 relay in a dual-meet win over Bellefonte. She was also the outstanding track performer at the West Perry Invite after winning the 200, long jump, 400 relay and 1600 relay.

Season update: Frazier is first in the area in the 200 dash (26.44) and second in the long jump (18-1.25) and shot put (32-4).

How I got my start in track and field: “I started in the YMCA track program on Saturday mornings with Tom Kopriva in fifth grade.”

Future goal: Attend California University of Pa., competing for its track and field team in the heptathlon, while majoring in conservation ecology and looking into its ROTC program
