Athlete of the week achievement: Burkett helped the Lions finish third in the PIAA Class 2A Duals Tournament in Hershey by going undefeated. He won by fall, technical fall, regular decision twice and by forfeit. He didn’t give up a point in his matches.

Season update: Burkett is 27-3 with 14 pins and three technical falls.
