Lady Mounties get ‘Thal’-out effort from senior in playoffs

Athlete of the week achievement: Thal, P-O’s catcher and leadoff hitter, went 6-for-9 in two games with three runs and three RBIs. P-O defeated Delone Catholic, 7-1, in the PIAA Class 3A first round and South Park, 8-6, in the quarterfinals.
Season update: Thal is hitting .462 this season with five home runs and 33 RBIs.
