Penn State picked up a 2022 commitment from a Pennsylvania quarterback Monday.

Beau Pribula, who led Central York to a 9-2 record at a sophomore, announced on Twitter that he selected the Nittany Lions over Nebraska, Northwestern, Rutgers and Old Dominion, according to StateCollege.com.

Pribula is 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds.

He is the first QB in the Lions’ 2022 class. Other underclassmen prospects on the roster are current redshirt sophomore and projected backup Will Levis, redshirt freshman Ta’Quan Roberson, incoming freshman Micah Bowens of Las Vegas and 2021 commitment Christian Veilleux of Canada.

Returning starter Sean Clifford has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
