Notes: The Lions have won six in a row and are up to No. 13 in the AP poll. They’ve also won three road games in a row in the Big Ten, incredibly impressive given how difficult it’s been for everybody to win away from home in the league. … Lamar Stevens was named the Lute Olson national player of the week on Monday, coming off a career-high 33 points against Minnesota. … Purdue presents a huge challenge playing at home. The Boilermakers have crushed Iowa (104-68), Wisconsin (70-51), Michigan State (71-42) and Virginia (69-40) at Mackey Arena this season and always play tough defense there. … Purdue is favored by 5 points.

Mirror prediction: Purdue 77, Penn State 64

Comment: Jump all over the -5 line for the Boilermakers. They’ve been outstanding at home, and PSU is ripe for a letdown here after having everything go its way for a few weeks.

Mirror prediction record: 15-8
