Notes: Penn State swept the regular season series against the Lady Badgers, earning a 71-64 home win on Jan. 3 and a 65-59 road win on Jan. 24. … A win would be the fifth straight over Wisconsin and put the Lady Lions in the second round of the Big Ten Tournament for the fourth year in a row. Penn State is 2-0 over Wisconsin in this tournament, although they’ve never entered from the No. 12 position before. PSU is going for the first Big Ten Tournament title since it won back-to-back titles in 1995 and 1996. … The Badgers are led by Marsha Howard, who finished the regular season averaging 14.5 ppg and 8.8 rpg.
