Altoona rallies

Altoona defeated Central Dauphin, 7-4, in its season opener at Mansion Park.

Altoona trailed 3-0 in the fifth inning but exploded for five runs to take the lead. The big blow was a three-run double by Eric McAllister to give Altoona the lead.

Tanner Stroup and Dante LaRocco both collected two hits for the Mountain Lions.
