Kirkpatrick leads BG boys to win
The Bishop Guilfoyle boys soccer team opened its season Wednesday with a 2-1 win over Central in high school action at home.
Alex Pownall and Max Kirkpatrick each scored for BG, with Kirkpatrick getting the game-winner with 3:19 to play in the game.
Central got its goal from Lane Kephart.
