Big fourth inning lifts Central to win

HOLLIDAYSBURG — Hunter Klotz hit a three-run home run and tripled, and Devon Boyles also homered for Central in a 15-2 triumph over Hollidaysburg Wednesday afternoon in high school baseball action.

The game was tied at two through three innings before the Scarlet Dragons scored seven runs in the top of the fourth inning.

Hunter Smith went 4-for-5 with two doubles and an RBI, and winning pitcher Ty Helsel drove in three runs.

Zach Miller had two hits, and Caleb Gampe doubled and drove in a run for the Golden Tigers.
