Mountain Lion cross country team gets split

SPRING MILLS — The Altoona Area High School boys cross country team squeaked out a 28-29 win over Penns Valley on Tuesday.

Aidan Kelley and Aiden Farabaugh finished third and fourth, respectively, for the Altoona boys.

The Altoona girls lost, 19-37. Penns Valley’s Kelsey Hill won the girls’ race with Altoona’s Mackenzie Kelley finishing in fourth place.
