Caleb Diehl scored 20 points, and Dakota Claar had 12.

Gearhart leads Bearcats

MILL HALL — Nick Gearhart scored 25 points to help lead Huntingdon past Central Mountain, 79-60, in a boys high school basketball game from Monday night.

NORTHERN CAMBRIA — The Everett rifle team improved to 5-0 Tuesday, thanks to a 1,349-1,174 victoryover Northern Cambria in high school action.

The Warriors were led by Morgan White’s 273. Teammate Jesse Chamberlain finished at 272.

Northern Cambria (0-5) got a 260 from Ethan Krawcion and a 246 from Joshua Fetzer.

Mustangs take home victory

PORTAGE — The Portage rifle team is 3-3 after its 1,332-1,228 win over Turkeyfoot Valley.

The Mustangs got a 275 from Abby Thrower to lead the way. Teammate Nate Moore added a 271. Grant Grove led Turkeyfoot with a 268.
