Central golfers prevail

MOUNT UNION — Central was able to come away with the team victory over Mount Union on Friday, 377-414, in high school boys golf action at American Legion Country Club.

Mount Union’s Trey Heffelfinger shot a 69. Mason Baker shot the low score of 87 to lead the Dragons, while Cohen Fisher followed up with an 89.

CENTRAL (377): Baker 87, Fisher 89, Brumbaugh 99, Snowberger 102.

MOUNT UNION (414): Heffelfinger 69, Woodward 110, Delo 117, Beatty 118.

BCC girls triumph

Duncansville — The Blair County Christian girls soccer team picked up a 4-1 win over DuBois Christian.

Madison Snyder scored two goals, and Sarah McCoy and Gabriella Dull each had one.

Duncansville — Colden Snyder and Davis Dull each scored two goals to help the Blair County Christian boys soccer team defeat DuBois Christian, 9-1.

Connor Dull, Jonathan Hight, Dalton Snyder and Matt Ritchey each scored one goal as Blair Christian clinched the ACAA Western Division title with the win.
