BG volleyball downs McCort

The Bishop Guilfoyle girls volleyball team improved to 5-1 Wednesday night, thanks to a 25-19, 25-10, 12-25, 25-15 win over Bishop McCort in high school action at the Pleasant Valley gym.

Emily Kasun served up 31 points, including nine aces, to spark the victory. She also added 41 assists and 11 digs.

Teammate Lyzee Wilson chipped in with 18 kills to go with 12 from Teresa Haigh and 10 from Lexi Kilmartin, who also recorded five blocks to go with 14 digs from Raven Criscitello.
