“Our team exemplified the ‘I can’ attitude and the believe always spirit,” President of the Greg and Cathy Griffith Family Foundation Cathy Griffith said. “My heart is full!”

Former Wichita State All-American and New York Knick Cleanthony Early scored 25 points for the AfterShocks.

“It was great to see our team play four quarters together,” Sideline Cancer coach Billy Clapper said. “We were tested throughout the game. Every time we needed to make a play, somebody stepped up. This is an amazing opportunity for the Griffith Family Foundation to continue to raise awareness for all the things they do and honor Greg Griffith’s legacy.”

Sideline Cancer will play the Golden Eagles (Marquette Alumni), the top seed in the regional, today at 4 p.m. The game will be aired live on ESPN.
