WILLIAMSBURG — Winning pitcher Alexis Mulhollen did not walk a batter and homered to help Glendale edge Williamsburg, 4-3, in high school softball Wednesday.

Lilley Vereshack doubled and drove in a pair of runs for the Lady Vikings.

Elizabeth Frederick homered and had a pair of hits for the Lady Pirates.

Senior Sydney Shaw accounted for four Lady Eagle RBIs, while Ella Pearson and Allysan Jones drove in three runs each. Cate Baran struck out nine in the win.

Lindsay Mowry was 2-for-3 and scored two runs for Bedford.

THREE SPRINGS — Harleigh Cavender hit a three-run homer as part of a six-RBI outing for Claysburg-Kimmel, which toppled Southern Huntingdon in an Inter-County Conference game.

Jazmin Kennedy was 4-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBIs for the Lady Bulldogs, while Emily Claar was 3-for-4 with three runs and two RBIs, including a home run.
