Athlete of the week achievement: Claar went 8-for-17 with four RBIs and seven runs as the Lady Bulldogs beat Bellwood-Antis, 6-4, Southern Huntingdon, 13-4, and West Branch, 5-4, before falling to West Branch, 4-3, in eight innings. She also had a home run and collected her 100th career hit.

Season update: Leadoff hitter Claar is batting .457 (16-for-35) with two home runs and five RBIs and has scored 19 runs for the 8-2 Lady Bulldogs.
