Flash win on road

EMMITSBURG, Md. — Saint Francis opened the second half on an 8-0 run and held off a Mount Saint Mary’s fourth-quarter charge in a 79-69 win on Friday night inside Knott Arena.

Saint Francis’ incredible balance continued as Jessica Kovatch led four players in double figures with 22 points. The junior hit four 3-pointers putting her just three away from the overall career mark in the Northeast Conference.
