Name: Ray Riggleman

Age: 43

Residence: Bedford County

High school: Penn Cambria

College: Saint Francis

My favorite sport: Football

I usually attend games with: My wife and two boys

Favorite high school team: Chestnut Ridge

Favorite college team: Michigan

Favorite pro team: Pittsburgh Steelers

My favorite sports memory: Beating Bishop McCort in high school football when I played for Penn Cambria

The local athlete I’ve most enjoyed watching while growing up: Jim Ronan

My all-time favorite local coach: Too hard to pick just one.

My most prized autograph or picture is of: A photo of me and my boys while they were playing football in HAYFA (Hollidaysburg Area Youth Football Association) when I was coaching them.

If I have a claim to fame as a fan, it would be: Watching and coaching my two boys in sports in so many games that it’s too hard to remember the number.

If I were the boss of local sports, the one rule I would enforce would be: Let the coaches coach your son or daughter as they see fit. If you want to coach you kid, volunteer to help out.
