Dish leaves PSU fans out in the dark

For those of you TV viewers who are with Dish, Fox removed FS1 and the Big Ten Network off our TVs until Dish and Fox get their egos together and negotiate a new contract.

I guess Fox wants a double-digit increase affecting FSl and BTN.

So from a Penn State football standpoint, we Dish customers have been given the royal shaft that will see our monthly Dish bills go up.

Corporate America is a champion at monopoly.

Anyway, we Dish losers had to go to the radio to hear the Penn State-Maryland game or to other venues.

As for the game, I guess Penn State told the Terps in no uncertain terms that PSU owns the ground on which Maryland plays football.

One has to wonder how long new coach Mike Locksley will remain. He and his staff didn’t get off to a very good start.

I feel is that Penn State doesn’t need Maryland as a rivalry, definitely in football.

Even though I had to listen to my old, dependable radio for the action, it appears James Franklin and his staff are going to play as many underclassmen as they can in games where they are in control.

This young team might be better than most pundits think it is. Let’s enjoy the ride for as long as it will last.

‘LawnBoyz’ chain out of place at PSU

The “LawnBoyz” chain Penn State’s running backs are wearing is low-class and an embarrassment. It’s shades of the Miami Hurricanes.

I’m ashamed of my team and coach James Franklin for allowing it.
