Mrs. Clare is a 2003 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School; and a 2005 graduate of Cambria-Rowe Business College, Indiana, with an associate's degree in medical office administration.
She is a patient service coordinator at Laurel Eye Clinic, Duncansville.
Mr. Clare is a 2001 graduate of Altoona Area High School; and a 2003 graduate of ITT Technical Institute, Pittsburgh, with an associate's degree in computer and electronics engineering.
He is an electrician at Norfolk Southern Railroad, Altoona.
