The bride is the daughter of Danny Weir Sr. of Hollidaysburg and Robin Saltsgiver of Altoona.
The bridegroom is the son of Carlos Espin of Bronx, N.Y., and Alix Rios of Ossining, N.Y.
The Rev. Terry Farr performed the double-ring ceremony.
The soloist was Debbie Markley.
Ceremony music was also provided by Dancing DJs.
The bride was given in marriage by Danny Weir Sr.
Catherine Weyant was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Danielle Weir and Kaylee Irvin.
Sofia Martinez was the flower girl.
Timothy Saltsgiver served as the best man.
Groomsmen were Yasimitsu Izukawa and Devin Settle.
Sampson The Puppy was ring bearer.
Ushers and guest book attendants were Jonathan Settle, Jorge Luis Caicedo and Steven Brand.
The reception was held at the Banquet Hall at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park, Martinsburg.
The couple took a wedding trip to Rocky Gap Casino, Flintstone, Md.; Hard Rock Casino, Northfield, Ohio; and the Cleveland Zoo.
They reside in Altoona.
Mrs. Espin is a 1997 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School, and a 2009 graduate of South Hills School of Business, Altoona, with an associate degree in business administration and accounting.
She is employed at the Altoona Mirror.
Mr. Espin is a 2000 graduate of Ossining High School (N.Y.) and studied psychology at Iona College, New Rochelle, N.Y.
He is employed at W.R. Straw Distributor Inc., Altoona.
