The bride is the daughter of Carl and Diana Ansell of Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom is the son of Dr. Dennis and Kathleen Dobbins of Hollidaysburg.
Monsignor Stanley Carson performed the double-ring ceremony.
Susie Gallagher, aunt of the groom, was the soloist.
Jeffrey Arpino was the organist.
Shannon Barr and Grace Gallagher took up the offertory gifts.
Colin Gallagher, Sean Gallagher and Paul Gallagher performed the readings.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Veronica Ansell, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Katie Dobbins, sister of the groom; Jennifer Beresky, cousin of the bride; and Erica Livingston.
Ava Burger, cousin of the groom, and Isabelle Snyder, cousin of the bride, were flower girls.
Ryan Dobbins, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Ushers were Scott Gallagher, cousin of the groom; Neil Reynolds; Jon Rose; and Jeremy Vogel.

The rehearsal dinner and reception were held at The Casino at Lakemont Park, Altoona.
The couple took a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Mrs. Dobbins is a graduate of Penn Hills High School, Pittsburgh, and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She has a paralegal certification from Boston University.
She is employed by a law firm in Clearfield.
Mr. Dobbins is a graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona, and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He received elementary and special education certificates from St. Francis University, Loretto.
He is a fifth-grade teacher at Clearfield Middle School.
He is also an active member of the Pittsburgh Highlanders Rugby Football Club.
