The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Cheryl Wilbur of Altoona.
The bridegroom is the son of Chris and Barb Elder of Tyrone.
Monsignor Stanley Carson performed the double-ring ceremony.
Jeff Arpino was the organist, and Patrick Dorman was the soloist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Christina Rice was the matron of honor.
Megan Wood was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Keianna Wilbur, Rebecca Fountaine and Ashley Gardner.
Dustin Elder served as the best man.
Ushers were Todd Schenker, Anthony Hita and Chris Rice.
Blake Mapes was the ring bearer.
The reception was held at Laurel Lodge, Duncansville.
The rehearsal dinner was held at Marzoni's Brick Oven and Brewing Co., Duncansville.
The couple took a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
They reside in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Mrs. Elder is a 2006 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2011 graduate of Lock Haven University with a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education.
She is a special education teacher in Mocksville, N.C.
Mr. Elder is a 2006 graduate of Tyrone Area High School and a 2011 graduate of University of Pittsburgh with a master's degree in teaching.
He is a social studies teacher in Mount Airy, N.C.
