James A. Fink, 75, Altoona, went home to be with the Lord Monday morning at UPMC Altoona.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late George and Mary (Burkholder) Fink. He married Donna J. Weyant on Aug. 17, 1963, in Hollidaysburg.
Surviving are his wife, Donna of Altoona; two sons: James G. and wife, Michele, of Pittsburgh and Jeffrey A. and wife, Donna, of Frederick, Md.; a brother-in-law, Richard Roccio; four grandchildren: Taylor, Alyssa, Chase and Kenly; and a niece, Lisa and husband, Mike Shaub.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Roccio.
James was a 1956 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1958-60, and in the Naval Reserves. He retired in 1994 from UPS after 32 years of service as a delivery driver.
James was a member of First United Methodist Church, Hollidaysburg. He enjoyed working around his house and loved spending time with family and friends.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park Cemetery, Pastor Dennis Derr officiating. Interment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
