The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Marjorie Eisel of Altoona.
The bridegroom is the son of JoAnn Miller of Martinsburg and the late Ivan Miller.
The Most Rev. Theodore Rematt and the Rev. Stephen Durr performed the double-ring ceremony.
Chuck Amerine was soloist, Jean Ann Mitchell was organist and Mary Lauver was harpist.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Brenda Counsman, cousin of the bride, was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Frances Wilson, Stephanie Benton, Brianna Counsman and Madison Benton.
Elly Eisel, niece of the bride, was flower girl.
Jamie Miller, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Wayne Eisel Jr., Shawn Benton, T.J. Becker and Cody Becker.
Jacob Becker, son of the bride, was ring bearer.
The reception was held at the Ramada Altoona Conference Center.
The rehearsal dinner was held at The Blairmont Club, Hollidaysburg.
The couple took a wedding trip to Sandals Whitehouse Resort, Jamaica.
They live in Altoona.
Mrs. Miller is a 1992 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 1997 graduate of St. Francis University, Loretto, with a bachelor's degree in nursing.
She is a registered nurse.
Mr. Miller is a 1983 graduate of North Shore High School, West Palm Beach, Fla., and a six-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He is employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
