Stephanie Regan and William McGowan Jr. were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Sept. 8 at Our Lady of the Alleghenies Chapel, Lilly.
The bride is the daughter of Andrew and Joanne Regan of Lilly.
The bridegroom is the son of William and Sue McGowan of Duncansville.
Monsignor John Sasway performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Andrew Regan.
Victoria Regan, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Erin McGowan, sister of the groom; Leanne Orlosky; Amanda Wheeler; Ginny Christy; and Maggie Baker, cousin of the bride.
Jordyn McGowan was the flower girl.
Steve Rupp served as best man.
Ushers were Andy McGowan, brother of the groom; Joe Fromknecht; Chad Acker; Matt Dearmitt; and Alec Regan, cousin of the bride.
Andrew Dickson was the ring bearer.
The wedding reception was held at the Ramada Altoona Conference Center.
The rehearsal dinner was held at P.J.'s Tavern, Cresson.
The couple honeymooned at Sandals Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
They reside in Hollidaysburg.
Mrs. McGowan is a 2003 graduate of Penn Cambria High School, Cresson, and received her doctorate in physical therapy in 2011 from St. Francis University, Loretto.
She is a physical therapist at Homewood at Martinsburg Retirement Center.
Mr. McGowan is a 2000 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona, and a 2003 graduate of IUP Academy of Culinary Arts.
He is assistant food service director at Homewood at Martinsburg Retirement Center.
