Wake up, local business owners. Are robots your customers, or is it the hardworking American who wants a "live" person to wait on them?
We should service all consumers, not just the tech savvy ones. Have you yourself tried to play the self-checkout lottery? After two separate attempts, I went to another business for "live" service.
From shopping to banking to social security, shouldn't we as Americans have a choice when and if to embrace it, instead of having it shoved down our throats? Don't exclude your "non-tech" consumers. They are customers, too.
