Ellis fits the bill for city council

The citizens of the city of Altoona possess a city council that speaks for you.

A local citizen with a stellar background of accomplishment in law enforcement with 29 years as the chief of criminal investigations for the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, former Altoona police officer and a former member of the Altoona Area School Board and son of a Korean war veteran is running for City Council.

Dave Ellis has established himself in successful partnerships with local, state and federal agencies to get the job done.

He’s a methodical planner who supports economic development and safer neighborhoods. He’s pro-police, pro-public safety, fiscally responsible, and thankfully, imbued with strong common sense representing your values.

Altoona needs to increase its strength. I want a candidate who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk.

Join me in voting for your candidate, Dave Ellis.

Donald E. Belsey

Altoona Lt. Col., U.S. Marine Corps (Retired)
