Provisional ballot process complicates
Here is some important information for any registered voter who requested a ballot to vote by mail.
If you change your mind and decide to vote in person on Election Day, they recommend that you go to the polls with your mail-in ballot as well as all the envelopes it came in.
Do not throw them away. Also bring identification.
If you accidentally throw them away, you will have to be issued a provisional ballot when you go to vote in person. This is a more complicated and time consuming process on a day that will already be fraught with challenges.
This is important information for people of any political party. I feel this information should have reached citizens in a clearer, more transparent way.
