During pandemic, exercise important

Because of the pandemic, many people have gained weight and have become depressed.

While attending classes at Penn State Altoona, I have noticed fewer people working out, and I think that is a shame.

With the stress of the pandemic, it is so important to work out. Doing so can positively affect both your mental and physical health. Working out might also cure depression, anxiety and stress all in one.

By simply taking a walk, running, or lifting at the gym or at home, you release endorphins into your brain and that boosts your energy levels. It also can improve your body image because seeing results could help you to be happier with yourself.

Not only that, working out keeps your bones, joints and muscles healthy. If you are feeling a little depressed, I encourage you to consider working out.
