Wolf shortchanged small businesses

On April 27, Gov. Tom Wolf lost his argument for keeping most businesses closed when he allowed state liquor stores to start curbside service.

Remember, these stores greatly benefit the government coffers.

Let’s see, state stores have shelves of products that customers can review online, order and pick up.

This is not brain surgery.

I would wager that 85 percent of the small businesses in Pennsylvania can do the same thing. There are a lot of people suffering and on the verge of losing their livelihood. I am sure they are extremely motivated to follow any reasonable guidelines the governor wants to impose.

They would probably be the same ones the state stores are using.
