Debra K. Morgan, 73, of Altoona, passed away Friday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John and Joann (Brubaker) Morgan.
Surviving are a daughter, Amanda, of Hollidaysburg; two grandchildren, Braeden and Axel; a brother, Barry and wife, Charlene, of Duncansville; and many nieces and nephews.
Debby graduated from Altoona Area High School in 1970 and was the first certified female barber in Blair County. She retired as a chef from the Old Canal Inn.
She attended St. James Lutheran Church.
Debby was an avid NASCAR fan, animal lover, and enjoyed listening to country music.
Friends will be received from noon until 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2024, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dave McClanahan officiating.
