Barbara B. (Mozina) Cikovic

Barbara B. (Mozina) Cikovic, 63, of Lebanon, Pa., formerly of Duncansville, passed away suddenly on Sunday. She was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Lake) Mozina.

Surviving are her loving husband of 28 years, Timothy; and her three beloved children: Dawn (Robert), Matthew (Valerie) and Vincent (Shiori) as well as Maelen; four grandchildren: Kitana, Kaden, Kambria and Kolsen; and siblings: Joseph (Laurie), John (Pam), Brenda (Tom), as well as Mandy, Tish, Brant, Brooke, Vanessa, Theresa, Brett, Susan, Nan and Lisa. Additionally, Barbara is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Phillipe.

Barbara graduated from Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School and later attended Mount Aloysius College.

She was employed at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility as a correctional officer until her retirement in 2021. Prior to becoming a correctional officer, Barbara worked at New Directions with mentally disabled individuals and provided daycare services for local children. Additionally, she opened her loving home and heart to over 150 foster children, who continue to remember her overwhelming generosity today.

Barbara was known for being an extraordinary cook and baker, which brought joy to her and her family and friends. She was also known for her sass, wit and humor. She was certainly never shy about speaking her mind. One of her favorite sayings was, “I am who I am.”

Barbara loved and adored her family and friends, and she will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, followed by a memorial service at noon.

A Celebration of Life will follow at 1:30 p.m. at All About You Catering, 302 E. Lehman St., Lebanon.
