Louise R. Baird

She was born in Indiana, raised in Altoona, married a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII, raised five children, resided in California for 30 years and then moved back to Altoona.

Surviving are four children: Dayne Baird (Kathleen) of Altoona, Linda Senzer (Stephen) of Littleton, Colo., Bonnie Finochio (Patrick) of State College and Elizabeth Spahn in Florida; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Joann Ferra and Virginia Ferra.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. Sr. and Eleanor (Clifford) Galentine; her husband, Lynn S. Baird in 2004; a son, David Baird in 2014; a grandson, Sean Baird in 2015; a sister, Phyllis Perfetti; and two brothers, James A. Jr. and David Galentine.

Louise was a graduate of Indiana High School. She was a homemaker and a devout Christian.

There will be no public services. Interment will take place at Carson Valley Cemetery.
