David W. Tipton Jr.

Surviving is his mother of Loretto; his father; and stepmother, Cindy, of East Freedom; a brother, Derek A. Tipton of Loretto; two nieces, Alana Padula and Alyce Tipton; grandmother, Shirley A. Weyandt; aunts and uncles: Leonard Weyandt Jr., Cindy and Barry Weyandt, Starla Weyandt, Warren and Ruth Tipton, Ed and Donna Tipton, Gary and Carol Tipton, Larry and Marilyn Tipton, Steve and Tina Tipton; numerous cousins; and his dog, Rambo Tipton.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Leonard Weyandt Sr.; grandparents, Warren and Kathryn Tipton; and aunts, Patty Sims and Frances Webb.

David was a member of Crossroads Alliance Church, Ebensburg.

He was a 1995 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and was formerly employed at MCI Worldcom Telecommunications.

He enjoyed music, playing guitar, online gaming and astrology.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, at Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021, at the funeral home, with Pastor Kevin Stock officiating. Interment at Claysburg Union Cemetery.
