Leslie K. Ott

Leslie K. Ott, 55, Altoona, formerly of Duncansville, died Monday afternoon at UPMC Altoona, following a brief battle with lymphoma. She was born in Allentown, daughter of the late Richard “Pete” and Patricia “Louise” (Snyder) Limbert.

She married James E. Ott on April 18, 1998, in Altoona.

Surviving are her husband, James Ott; a son, Ronald Heverly; a daughter, Chelsea Phillips; a grandson, Colton James Albert Phillips; her mother-in-law, Sonja Ott-Whitpan; and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Limbert; and two brothers, Daniel and David.

Leslie was a graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and attended Computer Learning Network. She worked as clerical staff for Nason OBGYN.

She was a strong supporter of the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society and also supported all of the law enforcement functions and activities that her husband was involved in. Leslie enjoyed gardening, swimming, boating, being outdoors, and time with her family, especially with her grandson, Colton.

Friends will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, May 17, 2021, at Hick’s United Methodist Church, immediately followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m., officiated by Pastor Rich Morris.
