Edward A. McCaulley

Edward A. “Missing Link” McCaulley, 72, Bellwood, passed away Friday evening, surrounded by his family.

He was born in Bellwood, son of Jeannette (Garman) McCaulley and the late Roy McCaulley.

Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Linda A. (Frontz) McCaulley; a son, Ivan B. (Dawn) McCaulley; a daughter, Arneida R. (Buddy) Stevens; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his mother; a brother, Curtis; three sisters: Hazel Mickey, Diane (Denny) Ruggery and Marlene White; many nieces and nephews; and his favorite cousin, Maryann Zimmerman.

Ed did two tours of duty during the Vietnam War as an Air Force military policeman.

He retired from Norfolk Southern as an engineer after 25 years of service.

Ed was a devout Christian. He was active with the Bellwood Little League as coach and umpire. He enjoyed trout and bass fishing with his brother, Curtis, and his cousins, Harold, Don and Kevin.

A funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Vincent J. Good Funeral Parlor, Bellwood.
