Jane A. Beerbower, 58, 1000 Hilltop Drive, Duncansville, charged by Allegheny Township police with four counts each of neglect of animals and of cruelty to animals. Guilty plea entered to one charge of neglect of animals; all other charges withdrawn on Nov. 7.

Brandon L. Clark, 28, 1624 Second Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with possessing an access device known to be counterfeit and altered and theft of lost property on the 100 block of Sheraton Drive, Allegheny Township. Guilty plea was entered to possessing an access device known to be counterfeit; other charges withdrawn on Dec. 12.

Shawn P. Allison, 43, 426 Guernsey Drive, Duncansville, charged by Logan Township police with possession of a controlled substance, of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia, Feb. 9, 2018. Guilty plea was entered to possession of drug paraphernalia; other charges were withdrawn on Dec. 12.
