The following sentencings were filed in Blair County Court. Although some cases may be more than a year old, the Mirror publishes them in the interest of complete reporting.
The following defendants were placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 days to 60 months. Each will pay costs of the program and complete 25-30 hours of community service.
David R. Gordon, 59, 1035 Knob Road, Portage, charged by Freedom Township police with DUI on May 31, 2018.
Daniel D. Depaolis, 32, 1322 Logan Blvd., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with DUI on May 11, 2018.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as shown:
Trina L. Farino, 27, 763 Forscht Lane, Altoona, sentenced on Aug. 10, 2018, to a $100 fine for retail theft, filed by Logan Township police on May 11, 2018.
Zane J. Seilhamer Jr., 38, 510 E. Caroline Ave., Altoona, sentenced on Feb. 22, 2019, to six to 23.5 months in jail for criminal trespass and simple assault filed by Altoona police on June 19, 2018.
Joshua A. Wrap, 38, 204 Mulhollan Lane, Tyrone, sentenced on Aug. 21, 2018, to a $300 fine and six months’ probation for DUI, filed by Tyrone police on May 22, 2018.
David T. Garner, 38, 184 Mountain View Drive, Tyrone, sentenced to a $50 fine and two years’ probation for simple assault, filed by state police on July 1, 2018.
