Christopher J. Lego, 35, 507 19th St., Apt. 1, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s Office with flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct, May 3. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was withdrawn June 12.

Patricia Tabor, 48, 2810 Beale Ave., charged by Logan Township police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and of a controlled substance, May 23; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, of a controlled substance, of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia, May 24; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, Nov. 28, 2018.

Monic M. Zitsch, 48, 1300 Old Coach Road, Cresson, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and of a controlled substance, May 24.

Mellissa Kaplan, 51, 1017 Penn View Lane, Duncansville, charged by Allegheny Township police with two counts of harassment, Feb. 17, 2019. One count of harassment was moved to nontraffic court; other count was withdrawn July 11.

Sonya L. Hileman, 54, 162 Back St., East Freedom, charged by Allegheny Township police with terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, March 2. Guilty plea entered to disorderly conduct; other charges were withdrawn May 30.

Jason D. Yon, 41, 219 E. Crawford Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with making a materially false written statement and unsworn falsification to authorities, Dec. 15, 2018. Guilty plea entered to unsworn falsification to authorities; other charge was withdrawn May 30.

Gerald E. Ansman, 68, Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, Hollidaysburg, charged by Allegheny Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia, April 17. Guilty plea entered to possession of drug paraphernalia; other charge was withdrawn June 6.

John W. Himes, 44, 1021 Gibboney Drive, Duncansville, charged by Logan Township police with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness, April 27. Guilty plea entered to possession of a controlled substance; other charge was withdrawn June 6.

Terrance Gaddy, 32, 2050 W. Indiana Ave., Philadelphia, charged by state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia and one traffic violation, April 23. Guilty plea entered to possession of drug paraphernalia; other charges were withdrawn June 6.

Tracy A. Beers, 38, 569 Sandy Run Road, Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with retail theft, May 6. Charge was moved to nontraffic court July 11.

Caleb L. Lanzendorfer, 28, 648 Dick Schoolhouse Road, Roaring Spring, charged by Allegheny Township police with false identification to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia, May 3. Charges were held for court July 11.
