Jeffrey H. Saltsman II, 22, 402 N. Seventh Ave., charged by Pennsylvania Attorney General with 33 counts of possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility on June 4.

Kenneth L. Harrell, 30, 1307 N. Second St., charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 10, 2019.

Rachel M. Abbatangelo, 37, 164 River Road, Hollidaysburg, charged by Blair Township police with simple assault and harassment, May 29. Charges were withdrawn June 18.

Ashley N. Walter, 32, 904 Fifth Ave., Altoona, charged by Hollidaysburg police with simple assault and harassment on May 3. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was withdrawn June 18.
