The following defendant pleaded guilty to charges listed and was sentenced as shown:

Ralph T. Isenberg, 58, 1111 Washington Ave., Tyrone, sentenced Nov. 18, 2016, to a $200 fine and two years to 10 years in jail for delivery of a controlled substance; a $250 fine for criminal use of a communication facility; a $250 fine for conspiracy; a $500 fine for a second count of conspiracy; a $200 fine and two years to 10 years in jail for a second count of delivery of a controlled substance; a $500 fine for a third count of delivery of a controlled substance; a $250 fine for a second count of criminal use of a communication facility; a $200 fine and two to 10 years in jail for a fourth count of delivery of a controlled substance; and a $500 fine for a third count of criminal use of a communication facility, filed by Altoona police on March 16 to Sept. 8, 2015.

The following defendants pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as shown:

William C. Gallaher, 38, 713 Wood St., Robertsdale, sentenced on Oct. 5, 2018, to a $200 fine for accidents or damage to unattended vehicle or property; a $200 fine for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; and a $200 fine for driving without a license, filed by Freedom Township police on May 17, 2018.

Richard J. Updike, 46, 602 Washington Ave., Tyrone, sentenced on Aug. 17, 2018, to a $100 fine and two years’ probation for resisting arrest, filed by Tyrone police on May 29, 2018.

Ryan M. Romano, 35, 581 Vanscoyoc Hollow Road, Tyrone, sentenced Sept. 7, 2018, to a $100 fine and 18 months’ probation for simple assault; and a $200 fine for driving while license suspended or revoked, filed by state police on June 19, 2018.

David J. Altemara, 36, 2004 14th St., Altoona, sentenced on Aug. 3, 2018, to a $100 fine and two years’ probation for theft by unlawful taking, filed by Logan Township police on Jan. 20, 2018.

James M. Allen, 41, 507 22nd St., Altoona, sentenced on Oct. 7, 2019, to a $200 fine and seven to 23.5 months in jail for fleeing; and a $100 fine and 12 months’ probation for possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Altoona police on Sept. 17, 2018.

Thomas J. Hawes, 27, 400 W. 16th St., Tyrone, sentenced on Sept. 30, 2019, to a $200 fine and 11.5 to 23.5 months in jail for aggravated assault; a $200 fine for forgery; a and $100 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Tyrone police on Nov. 24, 2018.

Joshua A. Hogans, 23, 119 E. Cherry Ave., Altoona, sentenced on Sept. 27, 2019 to a $300 fine a one year’s probation for unsworn falsification; a $100 fine and one year’s probation for a second count off unsworn falsification filed by Allegheny Township police on April 1, 2019.
