Sentencings

The following sentencings were filed in Blair County Court. Although some cases may be more than a year old, the Mirror publishes them in the interest of complete reporting.

The following defendants pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as shown:

Nathan S. Zebroski, 30, 312 Brush Mountain Road, Hollidaysburg, sentenced July 13, 2018, to one year’s probation for disorderly conduct filed by state police on Jan. 7, 2018.

Ronald L. Slowik II, 42, 1924 19th St., Altoona, sentenced to a $100 fine and 12 months’ probation for theft by unlawful taking filed by Blair Township police on April 16, 2018.

Jonathan M. Wafa, 32, 126 Cranberry St., Tyrone, sentenced to a $100 fine and seven months’ probation for retail theft filed by Tyrone police on March 1, 2018.

Cody K. Sweeney, 20, 325 W. 16th St., Tyrone, sentenced to seven years’ probation for burglary filed by Tyrone police on April 6, 2018.

Kent L. Green, 22, 212 E. 12th St., Apt. 302, Tyrone, sentenced to a $100 fine and 12 months’ probation for theft by unlawful taking filed by state police on March 12, 2018.

Lillian B. Falson, 39, 1506 18th St., Altoona, sentenced Oct. 19, 2019, to a $75 fine and three months’ probation for disorderly conduct filed by Altoona police on April 13, 2018.

Barry E. Snyder, 62, 1023 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, sentenced Aug. 7, 2018, to a $1000 fine and 72 hours to six months in jail for DUI filed by Altoona police on April 5, 2018.

Brandon P. Cruthers, 32, 826 Yellow Spring Drive., Williamsburg, sentenced Oct. 12, 2018, to a $100 fine and 12 months’ probation for disorderly conduct filed by state police on Feb. 26, 2018.

Raymond S. Walk, 44, 2303 16th Ave., Altoona, sentenced to a $300 fine and six months’ probation for DUI filed by state police on April 30.

The following defendants was placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 days to 60 months. Each will pay costs of the program and complete 25-30 hours of community service.

Bryan C. Lynn, 24, 405 Martin St., Bellwood, charged with DUI, filed by state police on April 15, 2018.
