Fred J. Brooks, 30, 142 Stanford Lane, Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with aggravated cruelty to animals at his residence April 11.

Ashley N. Grassmyer, 25, 142 Stanford Lane, Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with aggravated cruelty to animals and possession of drug paraphernalia at her residence April 11.

Louis R. Schooley, 30, 319 Milton Ave., Altoona, charged by Allegheny Township police with retail theft at Target, 153 Sierra Drive, Altoona, April 8.

Enma F. Calderon, 19, 400 Grandview Road, Apt. T8, Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a small amount of marijuana at her residence April 23; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at her residence April 24.

Damon C. Ledford, 43, 509 Derose Drive, Duncansville, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s Office with flight to avoid apprehension, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence April 29.

Shellie M. Forshey, 44, 504 W. 15th St., Tyrone, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Quality Inn, 3306 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, May 2.

Filed before Altoona Magisterial District Judge Benjamin F. Jones:

Nicholas W. Auresto, 21, 820 Hickory St., Apt. 6, Tyrone, charged by Altoona police with simple assault, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on the 1800 block of Union Avenue on July 29, 2018. Guilty plea entered to charges of simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia; other charges were withdrawn March 20.

Devaughn S. Brawley, 23, 934 28th St., charged by Altoona police with theft by unlawful taking and harassment on the 1400 block of Ninth Avenue on March 1. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was withdrawn April 17.

Jeremy T. Dugan, 23, 1917 Eighth Ave., charged by Altoona police with defiant trespass, criminal mischief, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and harassment on the 2800 block of Maple Avenue on Feb. 24. Charges of public drunkenness and harassment were moved to nontraffic court; other charges were withdrawn April 17.
