Rasheen A. Ellis II, 19, 2705 Fairway Drive, Apt. 1C, charged by Altoona police with obstructing administration of law at his residence March 18. Charge was dismissed May 2.

Kristen N. Friedenberger, 35, 2319 18th St., charged by Altoona police with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and three summary traffic violations at 18th Street and 20th Avenue on March 21. Charge of accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and one summary traffic violation were moved to nontraffic court; other charges were withdrawn April 24.

Teeha B. Rodgers, 37, 2726 Sixth Ave., charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft from a motor vehicle on the 1700 block of Third Avenue on Jan. 11.

David A. Sorichetti, 42, 1130 13th Ave., Apt. 510, charged by Altoona police with possession of a small amount of marijuana on the 1100 block of 13th Avenue on March 2.

Jamie L. Walters, 42, 1130 13th Ave., Apt. 523, charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 1100 block of 13th Avenue on March 2.

Calvin A. Bush, 25, 638 W. Second St., Williamsburg, charged by Altoona police with possession of a controlled substance on the 1700 block of Seventh Ave., Altoona, March 9.

Elijuah J. Easterling, 24, 1902 First Ave., charged by Altoona police with unauthorized use of automobiles and three summary traffic violations on the 300 block of Union Avenue on March 1.

Matthew J. Reese II, 21, 309 Fourth Ave., charged by Altoona police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct on the 2700 block of Fairview Drive on Feb. 28.

Kenneth L. Harrell, 30, 1010 Lexington Ave., charged by Altoona police with DUI and two summary traffic violations on the 1500 block of 13th Street on Jan. 13.

Elijuah J. Easterling, 24, 1615 17th Ave., charged by Altoona police with five counts of resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law, disorderly conduct and harassment at his residence Feb. 16.

Amanda N. Mills, 37, 1714 Fourth Ave., charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at Nicoletta’s Restaurant, 1700 Eighth Ave., Altoona, March 28; and with two counts of conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at McDonald’s, 1500 Ninth Ave., Altoona, March 28.
